As a boutique building and design collective, our mission is to guide vision from infancy to actuality. Led by audacious style, intuitive design and elevated effect, we own projects from start to finish making residential and commercial spaces the undeniable Fōcal point of any area. Drawing upon strong foundations in construction, we leverage industry knowledge to produce a harmonious relationship between beauty and practicality. Hosting full-spectrum capabilities of design, drawing and 3D visualisation in-house allows for a cohesive journey from start to finish.
Lina Ritonga.
With a Bachelor of Design Majoring in Spatial Design from Auckland University of Technology, Lina brings a unique blend of creativity and technical knowledge. She approaches each project with a fresh perspective, to find innovative solutions to design challenges. Furthering her education, Lina completed a Diploma of Building Design at TAFE Queensland, growing her expertise in the field.
Lina’s focus on the client brief allows her to ensure that all elements of the project are carefully considered, to bring a balance between functionality and form. Her passion for drawing means she is never without her sketchbook, always drawing inspiration from everyday life.
